You can update your paid invoice status from "Ready to Pay" to "Paid" on the platform with the steps below.



1) When you've logged in to your account, in Deals dropdown, select [Purchase Order, Goods Receipt & Invoice]. 


Click on Invoices tab to view the list of invoices. 




2) Search for the invoice that you want to update, click on the Actions button and select "Update Paid Status". 





3) There will be a pop-up for you to add in your comment and attach supporting documents, as applicable. Next, you can click on 'Confirm' to update the invoice status to 'Paid'.
