Setup is required before you may maximise TenderBoard's Contract Management feature.
First setup is building the form with the relevant fields you require - this is usually done by your admin.
1. Click on LOGIN

2. Log in with your credentials

3. Click on MANAGEMENT

4. Click on Form Designer

5. Click on the CONTRACT MANAGEMENT tab

6. Click on ADD GROUP

7. Type out the title of the form

8. Click on CONFIRM

9. Click on the actions button

10. Click on Add Purchase Request Field to add fields to the form

11. Check the necessary fields to carry from the Purchase Request form

12. Click on CONFIRM

13. Click on the actions button

14. Click on Add System Field

15. Check the necessary system fields to be reflected on the form as well

16. Click on CONFIRM

17. Click on SUBMIT

18. This window may appear; it is the coded format of your form - click on Confirm

19. Click on CONTRACT MANAGEMENT tab to double-check the details of the form you have setup
