A TenderBoard-verified supplier is a supplier that has been verified against the local list of registered companies and has been confirmed to be created as per its legal entity name.
This supplier will be available as an option via the auto-complete function when a user is trying to invite a supplier.
Example
TENDERBOARD PRIVATE LIMITED is a officially registered with ACRA as a business.
If a user were searching for the company, and input the word 'Tender', they would be able to find TenderBoard in the drop-down list of options, along with other similarly verified companies.
The user would be able to click on TENDERBOARD PRIVATE LIMITED to invite that company.
Unverified companies
Users can still invite companies that are not in the verified list by creating it as a new company. However, unless it is later verified by TenderBoard, it will not be added to the list of TenderBoard verified suppliers.
